Dhanteras or Dhantrayodashi Pooja, (Pardosha Kaala) Saturday, Oct 22, 2022, 6:00 pm:

The Krishna-paksha Trayodashi of āṣāḍha month is known as dhana-trayodashī. This day is also known as Dhanvantri Jayanti, the birth anniversary of the God of Ayurvedha (born as Divodaas King of Kaashi as as per Brahmanda-Puraana). This day marks the first among the Diwali festivities/

On the day of Dhantrayodashi, Goddess Lakshmi came out of the ocean during the churning of the Milky Sea. Hence, Goddess Lakshmi, along with Lord Kubera who is the God of wealth, is worshipped on the auspicious day of Trayodashi. Good deeds performed on such yogas become especially strong in protecting and nourishing us.

Lakshmi Puja on Dhanteras or Dhantrayodashi is to be done during Pradosh Kaal which starts after sunset. (Temple location timings: 17:56 pm → 19:37 pm).
