I very well knew that change was coming and that it would be a fair amount of effort on my part to get up to speed. It is good bit of effort with true intent that I need to put in in order to make this line of work my own. Otherwise it would be very harmful for the family. With all your grace guarding me, I am ready to make this effort no matter what as I believe this will take me forward for the next 10 years.
