Om Sri Sai Amritayaaye Namah Once a person belonging to prarthana Samaj visited Baba. The Damaj did not accept idolaryidolatry. As a result he never found faith in deities, Sadhus and Saints. He askedBaba, Baba, you are shouldering everyones burdens. Can I too put all my burdens on you and remain peaceful. Immediately Baba said, Why not. Anyone can give me their burdens. You too give me yours. I am ready to shoulder them. He asked, is Your grace showered on all equally. Listening to this question, Baba became furious. He said, Isnt breeze blowing on all equally. Isnt the Sun giving light to all equally. Arent the five elements available to all equally. When Gods creation is available to all equally, Why doubt about God. Doubts leads to destruction. Therefore, have faith and put an end to doubts. . He was transformed by this teaching of Baba. Devotion sprouted in him. But, he did not know which deity he should adore. He wished Baba to suggest a form. Baba realized this and gave him darshan of Goddess Annapoorna when he looked at the hearth. He was surprised by this vision and looked again and again. He had the same darshan several times. Being surprised by this he turned to Baba who was laughing. He became very happy thatBaba blessed him with the divine darshan. He recognized the form of Annapoorna , as She appeared near the hearth and began to worship Her. Truly speaking Lord Sai is the Universal Mother and Universal Father. He is the embodiment of all Deities and transcends all deities. ........................ Mahalsapati went along with few devotees to a village named Jajuri with a palanquin for the uthsav. Seeing everyone being scared that they would be attackers by cholera, Mahalspati leaned against the palanquin in melancholy. And all of a sudden he found Baba smiling there when he happened to turn around. Baba vanished within seconds. He realized that Baba was with them. He gained courage and told others. Then everybody participated in urhsav with enthusiasm and zeal. After they returned to SHIRDI, Baba smiled and said, Why should people, who perform divine works, fear. Did the uthsav go well. To remove Your fear, I had to come there. Everyone rejoiced listening to this. ................................ Once, Anna Chinchinakar was on his way to SHIRDI. He told some of his relatives to take care of his wife. Plague entered their village. All the relatives ran away leaving her alone, fear stricken of the disease. Poor woman, She did not know what to do. She began to think of Baba incessantly. Baba appeared to her twelve times and said, I am with you. No disease can approach you. Be fearless. I am Your Relative and Protector. Baba boosted her courage. How fortunate She is great woman who obtained Baba darshan twelve times. Baba said to Chinchinnakar in SHIRDI, I went to your house several times. He could not understand what Baba meant. After reaching his home, he heard everything from his wife and then understood what Baba meant and was exhilarated. ...................... In 1912, doctors decided to operate on devotee named Dhumal, eho was in critical condition Before being anaesthetised he wished if he could see Baba once. Immediately, Baba being all compassionate was found sitting on a chair near his head. Baba lovingly stroked his hair like aMother. He said, SAI SAI and became unconscious. The operation was performed. By Sri Babas grace he soon recovered. ................................ In 1911 Balwant Khojakar went to SHIRDI. He had Baba,s darshan to his heart content. After taking leave he once again felt like seeing Baba. As the crowds were large in numbers abd since he already took leave, he moved forward with same desire in him. Omniscient Baba recognized his pure desire and appeared to him at the Lendibagh and said,Child, are you going. All right go. I am always with you and by your side. Baba, like small child stood behind the bush bending towards him and smiling. He blessed him and send him away all fulfilled and tript. He was extremely happy with this. Baba had given him darshan in response to his desire. So he joined both his hands in reverence to Babas LOVE. ...................... BAba would give darshan to his devotees in many different forms. In 1914 a devotee named Regey invited Baba to attend his daughters marriage. Baba said that He would come in time. At the right moment of the marriage they got Babas UDHI and a letter with Babas blessings, by post. It was written in the letter that UDHI should be placed on couples foreheads. At the same time a Fakir came there and asked Regeys father in law one paisa Dakshina. Being very busy with the function he did not give the Fakir Dakshina. Regey came to know about this later and was disturbed. He suspected that it might have been Baba who had come in that form. He prayed to Baba ,If Baba was was compassionate, He should forgive our folly and come tomorrow to accept Dakshina. Baba Gerard this prayer and came again, accepted Dakshina and went away blessing him. HOW FORTUNATE "................................ Purandhare wrote letter to Baba asking Him to decide an auspicious date and time for entering into his newly build house. He requested Baba to come at that time. Baba sent a reply saying that the house should be inaugurated on particular Thursday. He also mentioned that He would definitely come at that time. On that day they were entering the house in a procession holding the portrait of Baba. At Lord Dattas temple, Baba appeared to him and walked along, to the new house. Baba remained there till the portrait was installed in the new house, and then vanished. Baba, Avon mere Mandir main ....................... Baba said, Mother, what is that you did not understand. Know who you are through discrimination. Then you will come to know everything. She said, Baba, I am unable to comprehend what you say. I can not understand. Baba pointed out to her husband and said,He can explain everything to you. Later the couple went to their lodge. There she asked her husband the meaning of Babas words. He said, Truly speaking Baba alone can understand the meaning of His words. I dont believe thatI have understood everything. Even then, with Babas grace I shall tell you the idea that struck me. When you asked Baba to protect you from the cycle of birth and (Censored), He said, Have you come to me to die. That means have you come to die as jeeva and attain the state of Shiva. know who you are through discrimination means we keep sayingI. I all the time. Who is this I. Is it the body, the consciousness, or the Athma i.e., the witness to everything. This has to be discerned through discrimination. Through such discrimination you will know that you are Athma and not the body. Once the Athma is experienced, through this experiences of all pervasiveness of the Athma, we will know everything. I feel that probably Baba meant this. Later, both of them went to Baba again. Baba said,Mother, I heard everything that your husband said. What he said is true. Take it to heart and be liberated. Baba sent them away with His blessings. ".....................
